  • Individual sessions are schedule either in-person or virtually through HIPPA complaint software.

  • I am an in-network provider with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia. For other insurances, I can provide a super bill for you to file, or I can assist with filing your claim. I also offer a sliding scale option because I believe everyone should have access to mental health services.

Play Therapy

  • I work with children ages 3-12 using play therapy interventions. Although the child is the client, I never treat anyone in isolation and value connecting with all trusting adults in your child's life to provide holistic care. Treatment planning is a collaborative process, so depending on your family circumstances, sessions might involve parents/caregivers or be individual play therapy sessions with individual parenting sessions as needed.

    Access to play therapy services can be limiting so I offer evening and weekend appointments as well as school-based sessions depending on your child's school policy and location.

    30 minute parenting session without the client - $75

Small Group Therapy

  • Small groups are formed each quarter based on need. Previous topics have included anxiety, family changes, social skills, resilience and emotion regulation.
